 We have had to cancel travel plans for so long, but now we are finally going to have our great adventure!  Iceland is an island in the Norwegian Sea which is still caressed by the gulf stream so that although it is near the arctic circle, it has pleasant summers.  We plan for this to be a time to make memories, see the world from new vantage points and soak in the glory of God's creation.  We hope to see some amazing scenery and be flexible in our dining plans.  What do they eat in Iceland anyway?   Want to come along?
